Elderly and Group Classes

*Home and gym visits*

  • 30-45 minute exercise session for the seniors consisting of between 3-8 people with ages ranging from 55-85
  • Hydrotherapy classes – Water based exercises
  • Stretching and lower back care
  • Exercises to improve overall strength and balance. – Bosu and Pilate ball training.
  • Fall prevention – Addressing alteration to gait, balance and mobility and muscle weakness
  • Improve activities of daily living

A combination of aerobic training (for example walking, swimming, hydrotherapy/water exercises, and stationary cycling) and Strength training consisting of resistance work with therabands/elastics and weights

Guiding you to do exercises that are beneficial to lower the risk of falls, improve mental health and well-being, strengthen social ties, and improve cognitive function
