“I started virtual sessions comprising of basic stretching exercises, building core strength, and desk bound therapy with biokineticist, Danisha Patel in Apr 2021, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to Covid-19 rules and regulations I was working from home, often for long hours without realizing how many of those hours were spent sitting down, slouching at a desk resulting in back and neck pain caused by incorrect posture.
Regular virtual group and individual sessions were arranged with Danisha where I was guided on the correct way to perform stretches and exercises to build core strength. We also have desk bound therapy sessions during work lunch/tea breaks which have been very helpful and stress relieving.
