- 45 minute hydrotherapy sessions working on aerobics and strength training.
- Can be arranged as a group session as well.
Hydrotherapy is the use of water in the treatment of different conditions, mainly arthritis, lower back pain & knee injuries. Specific exercises can be safely done due to the low impact the water has on the body. It helps to loosen tense, tight muscles, while encouraging relaxation. It also increases the metabolic rate and the digestion activity. Hydrotherapy differs from swimming because it involves special exercises that you do in a warm-water pool.
